Why CG Consultancy ?
Becoming a consultant for the Gypsy Roma traveller community offers a unique opportunity to leverage my personal experiences and insights as a young traveller woman. As I have firsthand knowledge of the community's culture, challenges, and strengths positions me to bridge understanding between my community and external entities. As a consultant, I can advocate for culturally sensitive policies, contribute to educational initiatives, and foster positive relationships with organizations seeking to engage with the Gypsy Roma traveller community. My perspective can help bring authenticity to the table, making me a valuable advocate for inclusivity and empowerment within this vibrant and diverse community.

Crystal is an informed, committed and professional individual.
She recently spoke at the Kent, Connected Communities event, wowing audiences with her personal and insightful personal journey from school and in to Higher Education. Showing real expertise in public speaking, she put over a powerful message that I am sure will resonate with the audience for some time to come.
In addition to being a mum and HE undergraduate, Crystal is also the founder of Kent, Woman's Advice Line. She individually keeps this service running, referring women across the UK to support for personal issues in addition to helping them re-engage in Education, Employment and Training.

I have had the privilege of collaborating with Crystal on various impactful initiatives, and one notable accomplishment was the successful launch of the Traveller Movements Women's microsite in parliament. Recently, we had the honor of serving as panelists together at the Embassy of Ireland for the screening of Never Going To Beat You (NGTBY).
Crystal's contributions have been truly invaluable, especially in providing insightful feedback on a healthy relationships toolkit that my colleague and I have been developing for the Romani Gypsy, Roma & Traveller communities. Her expertise and unwavering dedication have significantly enhanced the quality and effectiveness of our project.
I am also thrilled to announce that Crystal will be actively participating in the upcoming Traveller
Movements Annual Conference called Future Voices as both a workshop participant and a keynote speaker. The workshop, titled "Spotting the Red Flags," will be chaired by me, and I am genuinely excited to have Crystal's invaluable insights and perspectives. Each time I have had the privilege of sharing a space with Crystal, she has consistently demonstrated her remarkable passion, articulate communication skills, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.
